The Slowcontrol app helps you track and visualize data collected with your smart fork 10SFork. It gives you access to the Slow Control dashboard and network.

10SFork by Slow Control is a connected electronic fork that teaches you how to eat slowly. It provides real time feedback and send your chrono-nutrition data via Bluetooth and / or USB to your account Slow Control online. Use the vibrating fork 10SFork to:

- Follow your meal time

- Follow the duration of your meal

- Track the number of bites per minute and per meal

- Follow the time interval between bites

- With Slow Control, you improve and change your behavior thanks to the restitution of your 10SFork meals data. Set yourself goals and act on your fork settings to achieve them. Discuss with your network. Share your data with an expert in dietetics and nutrition or more generally with a health coach.

Slow Control includes a network that allows you to interact with other users. Exchange on the topics that raises your interest or arouses your curiosity.
Ask your nutritionist to consult your data and give you advice.

You must create an account to use your fork. This can be done from the Slowcontrol app or from the Slow Control websitehttps://bo.slowcontrol.com.

A scanner page is displayed at the opening of the Slowcontrol app. A list of the tuned-on devices nearby appear. Once the scan is complete, if several forks were found, you can choose the one you want to pair with. If there is only one, you directly reach the Slow Control confirmation page. You will confirm on this
screen that you are the owner of the fork.

It can be that a 10SFork lit for a while can no longer be detected. To make it visible again, simply press once on the main button.
